In order to register for this service, you will need to input your unique Investor Code (IVC), which can be found on your share certificate and dividend tax vouchers.

The ProVen VCTs both operate Dividend Reinvestment Schemes (DRIS). Shareholders can enrol onto the schemes at any point by completing the Dividend Reinvestment Forms located in the Key Documents section below, and returning them to the Company Registrar.

VCT shares are listed on The Stock Exchange and can be traded on that market. However, as the secondary market for VCT shares tends to be relatively illiquid, the ProVen VCTs operate a buyback policy, whereby the Companies will purchase shares that become available in the market at a 5% discount to the latest published net asset value (NAV).

Shareholders should be aware that if shares are sold within 5 years of the date of subscription, any initial tax relief claimed will have to be repaid.  If you are in any doubt about the implications of selling shares, please consult your independent financial adviser or authorised tax adviser.

Please note that tax relief on subscriptions for shares in a VCT is restricted where, within six months (before or after) that subscription, the investor had disposed of shares in the same VCT. Existing shareholders should be aware that the sale of existing Ordinary Shares in the Company within these periods could, therefore, put their income tax relief relating to a current Offer at risk.  

Applications for new Ordinary Shares can be made when the funds are open for investment.
